Janet is an experienced registered nurse with 15+ years of healthcare experience. She is also a certified diabetes care and education specialist. Janet’s person-centered approach keeps the patient at the heart of their care.

Occupational Therapist
Karen Dwire is a board certified Occupational Therapist with almost 20 years of experience. She contributes her success as an OT on good therapeutic rapport and a strong interdisciplinary team.

Greg Ohanessian

Physical Therapist

Greg brings 10+ years of physical therapy experience with a focus in orthopedics, sports medicine and ergonomic consulting. Greg is excited to partner with Peerwell to further improve his collaboration with members of the healthcare team.

Mary is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialty in orthopedic and sports medicine. Mary is a firm believer in  individualized and collaborative care to promote improved function and mobility. She enjoys hiking and beach time with family.

Kaitlynn Mueller

Physical Therapist

Kaitlynn is Doctor of Physical Therapy. Since 2020, Kaitlynn has leveraged telehealth physical therapy to treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions—from post-operative care to mild concussions.

Esmeralda Okendo

Esmeralda earned her Bachelor Degree at California Baptist University and her Masters Degree at Cal State Long Beach.  She was a social worker in Children’s Services before she became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Josie Schatz

Physical Therapist

Josie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 20+ years of experience solving musculoskeletal puzzles. She uses posture improvement and preventative exercises to build daily routines that help her patients lead ache and pain-free lives.

Marie Feldman

Dietitian

Marie, RD, CDCES, CHC is a licensed Dietitian, diabetes educator and health coach. She specializes in diabetes, cardiovascular disease, oncology, weight management and nutrition research. Marie has published 3 books on diabetes management and insulin.

Social Worker

Crystal is a clinical social worker with over six years of experience treating adults who experience stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/self-worth, loneliness, hopelessness, trauma, and confusion.
